Through 2025, I served as the Co-Head of Sound (alongside Josh Kirby) for the legendary volunteer-run punk collective. In this role, I coordinated a rotating staff of dozens of volunteers and served as the primary front-of-house engineer for hundreds of international and local acts. Beyond the faders, my work focused on maintaining the technical integrity of a world-renowned, volunteer-run institution while fostering a sustainable training ground for the next generation of DIY audio engineers. I also mopped floors, managed crowds, taught workshops, worked the front door, rebuilt the sound booth, and replaced two toilets.
